HOUSING Expenses
Shared or alone, several housing options are available, including furnished
houses, motel rooms, and various camping facilities. Most of our students stay
in our shared housing to keep costs down.
Housing rates range from $250.00
to $400.00
per month and up, depending upon the
time of year and type of housing selected.
Upon enrollment, we discuss housing options further so
that reservations can be made in advance. We will contact you 2 weeks prior
to assist you in setting up your housing. . The number of cabins vs. room available,
vary from class to class and from season to season. It is therefore not feasible
for us to arrange your housing too far in advance. We have found three weeks
prior to class to be a suitable time frame in which to arrange your housing.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have special
housing requirements, such as family or pets accompanying you.

*Keep in mind that the fur market fluctuates
from year to year. These prices are averages. The cape and fur prices are
for tanned items.
*The price ranges listed under forms and rug shells are
estimated to include eyes, ear liners, jaw sets, cold water fish heads, and
any other miscellaneous expenses. There are no hidden costs!
You can easily estimate your own specimen and form costs by referring to the
specimen price list above. To do this, simply use the mounting requirements
as a guide, then make a list of the specimens you would like to purchase through
us. For example: The life-size requirement is two animals, one large and one
small. You might wish to do a coyote for your large, and a raccoon for your
small. You will find estimates for these on the price chart. Continue through
your list of desired specimens in this manner and you will be able to estimate
your own costs!
